He advises believers to protect children with courage, love and determination because they are precious gift from God.
Bishop Max says rulers sit on thrones and children suffer in many parts of the world.
He prays that Lord Jesus bless efforts of all people and accompany them to save children from the hands of those who became like Cain and King Herod.
