The national delegation headed by Minister of Roads and Bridges arrived in Wau town Tuesday morning for a field visit.

Rebecca Joshua Okuaci told journalists that the visit aims at assessing the situation of Jur River Bridge, Radio Voice of Hope reports.

The minister says the bridge is scaring because it shakes when big tracks are passing.

Andrea Mayar Acho, Governor of Wau State, says the bridge is about to break if not rescued.

He says the bridge connects Wau to all the states across the country.

The Governor calls for urgent action to be taken to prevent it from collapsing.

The delegation will be proceeding to Gogrial States for the same task.
