If soldiers and police do not listen to the directives of the state governor and his government, it means they are rebels, cautions the Catholic Bishop of Yei.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe says if organized forces and civilians help and respect the government, it will help the people, Radio Easter reports.
The government instructed soldiers to stop killing civilians and random shooting of guns, Bishop Lodu adds.
He says any disrespect to all state governors is disrespect to President Salva Kiir Mayardit and the whole country.
The bishop made the remarks while delivering homily on Sunday at Christ the King Cathedral Yei.
