The Minister of Local Government in Yei State condemns the brutal murder of twelve civilians who were burnt in Pukuka Village in two separate grass houses.
Yongule Athanasius Lojojo says they buried the seven people who could not be recognized in mass grave on Tuesday afternoon, Radio Easter reports.
The minister discloses that there is a possibility of more dead bodies rotting in the bushes.
The security is still investigating the incident and the perpetrators will be brought to justice, says the Minister.
He strongly urges the chiefs and the community leaders to report any incident so that immediate action is taken.
He made the statement during a press briefing in Yei on Wednesday.
