SPLA Spokesperson says withdrawal of the SPLA forces from the border with Sudan will ease tension between the two countries.
The SPLA this week says it has withdrawn forces from the border with the Sudan in line with the security arrangements under the cooperation agreements signed in 2012.
The agreement requires that South Sudan and Sudan withdraw their forces from the border immediately and unconditionally.
Brigadier General Lul Ruai Koang told Radio Bakhita that the move will enable the two countries to run normal business.
In another news development, Lul Ruai says there is a team working on regional protection force issues.
