Nurse advises parents not to allow children to climb trees

Parents have to advise their children not to climb baobab trees to avoid falling and injuring themselves, said a nurse of Kumbur Payam Hospital in Hieban County.
 
Mustafa Ali said children climbing baobab trees to collect fruits put their lives in danger, Radio Voice of Peace reported.
 
The advice followed serious injury of a young boy from Deri of Kawalib who felt from a baobab tree last Friday.
 
13-year-old, Elia Hassan Alamin, now under treatment, advised fellow children not to climb the trees to avoid similar pain.
 
The fluctuation pounds in Nuba Mountains prompted people and traders to exchange of baobab fruits with soap or other commodities.
