The National Legislature in Juba expects to endorse the budget for fiscal year 2016/2017 before November eighteenth.
Chairperson of Economy Cluster, Goc Makuac Mayol says seven specialized committees are still analyzing the budget proposal to ensure justifiable resource allocations to each spending sector.
He says the Economy Cluster is expected to present its report of the National Budget Bill on November fourteenth to Augus House.
MP Makuac believes the cluster analysing the budget proposal has still more time to concentrate in the job.
The National Budget for fiscal year 2016/2017 was supposed to be operational from the first of July this year.
But, Finance Minister Stephen Dhieu Dau told parliament three weeks ago that delay in the formation of Transitional Government of National Unity and violence in July marred prompt passage of the budget.
For now, the government spends on directives from the presidency, Deputy Finance Minister Jervas Yak said earlier on.
