Saints Peter and Paul Parish team beat St Joseph Secondary School students 1-0 in football match on Friday in Nuba Mountains.
The friendly competition was a farewell for Christmas holidays, Radio Voice of Peace reported.
Parish team player Ismail Awad Issa described the match as very good.
Awad advised parish players to practice football to progress and not to wait until the time of competition.
The player said they have to practice to compete in other matches to promote the region.
The game started at 4:30 PM and ended at 6:40 PM.
