Political economic crisis in the country has disabled the Episcopal Diocese of Kajo-Keji from launching a clinic meant to serve the community.
Venerable Reverend James Lule Kenyi tells CRN in an interview that Romogi Episcopal Clinic construction was accomplished under the leadership of Right Reverend Anthony Poggo.
He says the medical clinic was supposed to be opened officially this year, but the diocese could not make it due to crisis.
The medical facility project of the diocese is to provide services at reduced prices, Reverend Lule says.
Reverend Lule says the Episcopal Diocese of Kajo-Keji is recruiting qualified medical personnel to start the operation of the medical facility this November.
In a related development, he says the Diocese of Kajo-Keji has nominated three pastors to succeed Right Reverend Anthony Poggo.
Reverend Lule discloses that the nominees include Reverend Emmanuel Murye, Reverend Eli Kajominyo and Reverend Joseph Abba.
Right Reverend Poggo is now the Advisor of the Archbishop of Canterbury on Anglican Communion Affairs.
