Wau State Acting Governor on Thursday issued 72 hours ultimatum for Greater Bahr El Ghazal youth to apologize for threatening citizens from Equatoria or leave the state.

Pasquale Joseph Ayan was responding to group demand that all Equatorians working in NGOs and UN agencies in Wau State should leave, Radio Voice of Hope reports.

He denounces the threats, describing them as nonsense.

The Acting Governor in his speech asks the Bahr el Ghazal youth to send a letter of apology or face a jungle law.

Last week, the group wrote a letter instructing all Equatorians working in NGOs and UN agencies to leave Wau state within 72 hours.
