Jacob Atari Albano advises learners of Dr John Garang Memorial School to be examples of people who can change the society, Radio Emmanuel reports.
The minister adds that they are ensuring that students have access to education no matter how insecurity has become the major problem in the state.
Students must stick to their future dreams by cooperating with their teachers and refrain from idleness, advises Jared Muyonga, IGAD Specialist on Child Protection and Social Welfare.
He adds that a quality students never mind about hunger but struggle puts hope for better future through studies.
