Citizens vow to switch off telephones if charges increase

Some citizens promised to cut off communication using telephones by switching off if the mobile operators companies increase their charges.
 
The mobile companies in South Sudan announced to increase local and international charges with effect from October 19.
 
Some anonymous citizens in Juba say they will stay off air as people were not using telephones during the ancient time.
