The SPLM ruling party is expected to receive its registration certificate tomorrow.
The party has been using old registration of Khartoum, says Bol Makuen Ayuol, SPLM Information Secretary.
Acting Secretary General Jemma Nunu Kumba with members of the national secretariat will receive the certificate and hand over to President Kiir, Mr Makuen announces.
He says the party has no mandate to operate in the country without registration.
Mr Makuen invites all SPLM supporters to come to freedom hall at 9:00 AM.
