State Governor David Lokonga Moses calls on the assembly to enlighten all levels of government, partners and citizens on policies to be enacted to ease implementation.
 
The leaders including members of parliament should serve South Sudanese with humility and gentleness, Catholic Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe appeals.
 
The Leaders were speaking during the inauguration of the state transitional legislative assembly on Friday.
