The Minister of Information in Yei River State says interruptions of Vivacell network will be there if more fuel is not secured.
Stephen Lado Onesimo says ‘the little fuel’ used, will serve the public for sometimes, Radio Easter reports.
He warns that without roads opening, securing enough fuel will fail and interruptions continue.
Lado says efforts are underway to open all the roads, noting closer progress on Juba-Yei functioning.
MTN like other networks was complaining of insecurity and fuel shortage which negatively affected its operations, the minister adds.
Minister Lodu describes the security situation in the state as ‘relatively calm’ amidst recent killings.
Yei River State has been facing growing insecurity in some towns and along highways since the July clashes in Juba.
