Malaria and skin diseases are increasing at the County, says Director for Dalamy Health Centre in Nuba Mountains.
Magadem Ali Gabush adds that cough is also common among children in the area, Radio Voice of Peace reports.
He complains that the health centres in the county have inadequate medicines to counter the spreading diseases.
He appeals for assistance from concerned authorities as there is no means of transport to get in the medicine.
The director admitted that roads are impassable, making it a major hindrance to provide health services in the area.
Many people in the Nuba Mountains do not have mosquito nets and medicines to fight diseases especially during the rainy season.
