Terrain Hotel investigation committee starts gathering evidences

Government six-member committee to investigate the rape, murder and looting in Terrain Hotel by armed men in July, says it started obtaining some evidences.
 
The Committee comprises of the National Security, Police, Military Intelligence and other officials from ministries, Radio Bakhita reports.
 
Chairperson of the Committee, Martinson Oturomoi told Journalists on Thursday that they are still waiting for more proofs.
 
Oturmoi calls on the witnesses to come with more facts and that the findings of the inquiry would be credible and be made public.
 
Armed men attacked terrain hotel, raped aid workers, looting property and murdered a Journalist in a cold blood during the fighting in July.
 
Last month, aid agencies urged the government to hold accountable those who committed atrocities against the aid workers in the country.
