Young people from all the 64 tribes of South Sudan living in Yei on Saturday concluded a consultative workshop on violence and conflict.
The two-day workshop was organized by the Episcopal church of Sudan and South Sudan, Radio Easter reports.
Bishop Hillary Luate Adeba in his opening remarks says said the workshop aims at bringing the youth to understand the importance of tribes.
The Bishop says the workshop is also to equip young people with skills to unite, live in peace, work for development and avoid the tendencies of war, looting and killings.
On his part, Yei County Commissioner, Bidali Cosmas Wori-Kojo, says the youth have a greater role to end the ongoing mess in the country in an amicable manner.
Director-General in the ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare, Wayi Godwill, tells the young people to be agents of peace and refrain from being misled.
The workshop which started on Friday concluded on Saturday.
