Families of the three deceased officials killed on August 14 along Yei-Kaya road appeal to the Transitional Government of National Unity to immediately bring peace.

Family members said the government should work ‘night and day’ to save citizens from being killed after peace was signed, Radio Easter reported.

They say complain of their hardships to help the children of their deceased brothers and a sister.

They also forgave armed men in the bush who killed their two brothers and sisters.

Family members were speaking at Immanuel Cathedral during a joint prayer for the souls of the deceased officials on Saturday.

The bodies of the deceased government officials including two men and a woman were buried in Yei last week.
