The Acting Education Director in the Nuba Mountains said learning is important and requires patience and dedication in order for one to complete studies.
Kauka Saied Bakhit said education results cannot be achieved at a short term, but it takes time and money, Radio Voice of Peace reported.
The Acting Director decried the lack of progress in child education and girls’ drop out due to early marriage and other difficulties.
Saied cautioned that without education, people should not expect development or knowledge of their rights.
The acting director was speaking to Radio Voice of Peace’s Program: ‘Blessed are the Dreamers’ on Monday in Kauda of Hieban County in Nuba Mountains.
