Torit Health Institute administrator says there will be no legal step taken against students who fled the recent violence in the town.

Isaac Nimeiri John Oliwa says the crisis forced learners out of Torit, making some of them missed assessment test that accounts for 40 percent in the exams, Radio Emmanuel reports.

Nimeri says the administration did not receive any information from the missing students about their returned to the Institute.

He cites that the one-year-old Institute is facing challenges of scholastic materials, inadequate tutors among others, making learning difficult.
