He regrets that children and the elderly are dying of malaria, pneumonia and other diseases because at the moment there are no drugs in Lainya to treat sick people.

Commissioner Kiri says church leaders, elders and the local government officials met on Wednesday to try other local efforts of helping the suffering residents.
He adds that more than ten thousand internally displaced people from Wonduruba, settled in the county were also displaced by the recent clashes.
