Saints Peter and Paul Primary School football team beat their P Eight candidates 2-1 on Thursday in a friendly match at School playground.
Sadam Majros, School team captain, said they scored the first goal after ten minutes of the first half, Radio Voice of Peace reports.
He encouraged his team to continue practising in order to improve.
Kodi Hajab, the referee of the competition, described the match as good with many fans.
The game was witness by many personnel from different departments including priests, teachers, pupils and community of the area, he added.
Hussein Ismail, captain of P Eight candidates, said they cannot give up though they were defeated.
He complained that his team has no balls for regular practice, hopping that they will organize another match in the future.
