Traders in Yei say insecurity along highways and scarcity of hard currency are contributing to the collapse of their businesses.

Radio Easter Journalists talked to traders in the market who say prices of commodities continue to increase without more goods coming into the town.

They add that high prices are scaring away customers especially for non consumable goods.

The traders urge the government to strengthen security for them to bring in more goods from abroad and the nearby markets.

They call on the government to find an alternative way of resolving the economic crisis in the country.
