Bishop Loku calls on the Transitional Government of National Unity to amicably resolve differences through the Peace Agreement they signed in August 2015.
He reminds the government forces in Lainya to protect the civilians and avoid looking at everybody as enemies.
The Bishop warns that further fighting will only escalate the already terrible humanitarian suffering of the innocent and ordinary citizens.
