A Catholic Parish Priest of Regina Mundi in Tombura/Yambio Diocese says he remains isolated due to insecurity in Ezo County of Gbudwe State.
Fr Jacinto Nangi reveals that though many Christians have deserted the town, he is determined to stay with the few Christians in the area, Radio Anisa reported.
He appreciates the state government for speaking the language of peace in this critical time which gives confidence and hope to citizens.
Fr Nangi expresses joy as armed youth in the bush on Monday released six community members.
The priest says some of the former detainees attended morning Eucharistic celebration on Tuesday in the parish.
In another news development, Emmanuel Valentino Ezo, a traders in the town says shops are empty because all roads to and from Ezo County are inaccessible.
He discloses that some young people in Ezo town are going to DR Congo and Yambio through the bush to bring soaps and salts to citizens.
Ezo remains one of the most affected counties in Gbudwe State since the insecurity broke out in the past seven months.
