South Sudan women attribute the recent uncertainties in Yei to lack of regular advice to their children to avoid their involvement in criminal activities.

Hawa Adams, a member of Yei River County Women Association, says many parents do not even take time to share with their children good ideas, Radio Easter reports.

Lack of advice has triggered many children to show misbehaviour including use of abusive language and criminal activities like theft and highway robberies, she says.

Meanwhile, Aluel Garang, another woman, says South Sudanese should stay together and leave out the tendencies of further bloodshed.

She regrets that learners went without lessons for two weeks and children suffered the recent flees.

The women were speaking during Radio Easter talk show on Monday.
