Minister Mabior Garang, German Ambassador Johannes Lehne and Finish Embassy Advisor in Addis Ababa, Tiina Byring-IIboudo opened water facilities in Jigomoni and toilets at Yei Day Senior School, Radio Easter reports.
Garang thanks Germany and Finish governments for their continued support.
