War Trauma Foundation and Mensen Met een Missie or People with a Mission on Thursday concluded mental health and psychosocial support workshop for 21 South Sudanese in Juba.
Alida de Wit of War Trauma Foundation, who facilitated the training, appreciated the participants for their commitment despite difficulties in the country.
The participants commented that the training will help South Sudanese during and after conflict situation.
They said the skills will also assist IDPs and all conflict affected people in South Sudan.
The training was aimed at increasing knowledge and Minimizing mental health issues and psychosocial support and its effect on individuals and the community.
The five-day mental health and psychosocial support training attracted participants from the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba, Dioceses of Yei, Tombura/Yambio, Wau and Malakal.
