Fr Peter Moudie, the Parish Priest of St Mary Yambio says the anniversary of Bishop Hiiboro is the anniversary of the people in the diocese, Radio Anisa reports.
Meanwhile, Fr Andrea Mbuniwia, the Parish Priest of St Bakhita Yabongo says the appointment of the bishop eight years ago is a historical moment full of excellent changes in pastoral and social lives of the Christians.
On June 29, 2008 Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala was consecrated the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio to succeed late Bishop Joseph Gasi Abangite after retirement.
