Secondary students in Juba called on nongovernmental organizations to initiate projects that enable them to learn about their different roles and guide their careers.
John Chok Mabor, a third year student of Nile Model Secondary School, says young people need to be helped to pursue their desired vocation path, Radio Bakhita reported.
The students made the call during a one-day MTN South Sudan career training on Saturday.
MTN Chief Executive Officer, Phillip Bisimire, says the program was meant to give students a firsthand experience about the working world.
About one hundred students benefited from the first MTN South Sudan career workshop.
MTN is expected to put up a national career drive in August.
