Archbishop Lukudu expects Bishops’ seriousness in peace meeting

The President of the Catholic Bishops of South Sudan Secretariat expects the Bishops and Apostolic Administrators to show seriousness while reviewing the current political situation in the country.
 
Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro in his opening remarks urges the Bishops and the Administrator to continue with their commitments in what he termed ‘felt and desired meeting’.
 
Secretary-General of the Secretariat, Fr Charles Abbud, calls for joint efforts to make peace, reconciliation and forgiveness a top priority of the Catholic Church in South Sudan.
 
The meeting of the Catholic Bishops of South Sudan Secretariat which started on Tuesday in Juba is expected to end on Thursday.
