The Minister of Sports in Yei River says authorities will destroy houses in areas allocated for sports all over the state.
Stephen Lodu Onesimo says Governor David Lokonga Moses has called for the inspection of all areas allocated for sports with demand that settlers should vacate them, Radio Easter reports.
The Minister says a new playground along Yei-Maridi Road will be cleaned up and elevated to a mini stadium.
He calls on residents in the counties of Yei River State to avoid building in playgrounds meant for public use.
Lodu made the statement after a recent visit of Governor Lokonga to the Ministry of Sports.
