Michael Makuei Lueth says the Joint Integrated Police is currently undergoing training to take full charge of security in Juba.
Makuei says security has improved slightly all over the country.
Individual offenders shall face the law, he says.
In another development, Spokesperson Makuei says the cabinet has approved the provision of fuel and oil lubricants for farmers using government provided tractors.
The Government Spokesperson made the statement during a press briefing after the cabinet sitting on Friday in Juba.
