Young Leaders Society is organizing an inter-primary school debate competition in Tonj State.
The competition is expected to start on Friday at Don Bosco Multipurpose hall, under the motion: ‘South Sudan women should be confined to the domestic affairs only’.
The debate aims to help in educating the community of Tonj State, Radio Don Bosco reports.
The organizing committee of the Society on Monday visited a number of schools and conveyed the message about the debate.
Kalkuel Primary School teachers express their readiness to be part of the competition.
Don Bosco Primary teachers assured the organizers of their active participation in the debate.
Kalkuel, Magoordit and Bakhita Primary Schools will propose the motion and Don Bosco, Academic and Maker Primary Schools will oppose it.
Each school will send learners of primary six and eight to participate in the debate.
