SSuDEMOP hosts dialogue to consolidate good governance in South Sudan

South Sudan Democratic Engagement Monitoring and Observation Programme and the University of Juba are expected to host a public dialogue on Saturday afternoon.
 
The dialogue is on the role of women in consolidating good governance and democracy in South Sudan.
 
The discussion is under the theme: ‘The role of women in nurturing democracy and democratization processes in South Sudan’.
 
Professor Pauline Riek, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs in the University of Juba is expected to be a key speaker.
 
Other speakers include Rajab Mohandis, Executive Director of South Sudan Network for Domestic Elections and Sabina Dario Lokolong, Member of National Legislative Assembly.
 
Beny Gideon of South Sudan Law Society and Tabitha Kenyi, Director for Human Resource Development in the Juba University will also participate in the dialogue.
 
The dialogue is co-organized by National Transformational Leadership Institute at University of Juba with money from Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and Urgent Action Fund Africa.
