The harassment of UN Women Director by the Minister of Information was disturbing, says Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, JMEC Chairperson.
Festus Mogae says he talked to the UN women head to brief other women’s organizations about the decision of JMEC on the peace and Michael Makuei harassed her.
But she also faced it rough with the representative of the women’s blog, he adds.
Mogae wonders why coming together of South Sudanese women to talk about peace among themselves needs specific authorization from the government.
