The Bishop of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan and Sudan in Yei says, killing foreign missionary is a shame to the nation.

Bishop Hillary Luwate Adeba expresses unhappiness over the ‘brutal death’ of Sister Veronika Rackov, Radio Easter reports.

He wonders why South Sudanese always love blood rather than working for peace and rebuilding their nation.

Bishop Luwate says the fallen Sister was in South Sudan at a critical moment when the country needs quality health services and the word of God.

He says sister Veronika was full of compassion.

The government recently said it arrested three suspected SPLA soldiers linked to the shooting of the late Sister with investigations ongoing.
