James Janda Duku, Minister of Livestock and Fisheries appreciates the pastor for the observation.
But there are still some killings in some areas, the Minister says.
He calls for an end to the killings in those areas.
Mr Janda urges South Sudanese to read the peace agreement thoroughly, understand it, uphold and choose the best path to follow.
