The security situation is deteriorating in so many aspects especially the attacks on the roads, says Government Spokesperson.
Michael Makuei Lueth told the media after the cabinet meeting on Friday that the attackers claim to be SPLM in Opposition forces.
The leadership of the Opposition was directed to ensure that the forces do not act contrary to the permanent ceasefire and the security arrangements, he adds.
The SPLM-in-Opposition has also been told to open up all roads which were closed since conflict, says the Spokesperson.
Makuei says the Joint Military Ceasefire Commission, JMCC has agreed to establish the cantonment areas in Upper Nile.
The government Spokesperson states that some Governors did not go to their states because the roads remain closed.
It was also agreed that the JMCC should determine the criteria for selecting cantonment sites in Equatoria.
