The Ministry of Cabinet Affairs says it will sue to court Sudan Tribune, Radio Tamazuj and CEPO through the Media Authority for publishing false information, says Minister.
Martin Elia Lomurö on Wednesday reacted to journalists that Sudan Tribune claimed to have interviewed him and said that the council of ministers met and formed a committee to determine the number of states.
He denies that Sudan Tribune interviewed him on Sunday concerning the matter.
Minister Lomurö describes the article of Sudan Tribune as pure lies.
The Council of Ministers never met about the issue of 28 states and there was no committee formed to review the boundaries of the 28 states, he says.
CRN could not reach CEPO and Sudan Tribune for comments.
