Western Lakes State legislators on Monday passed the findings of the assessment the ad hoc committee carried out recently in Rumbek’s market.
The committee Chairman Madhieu Makuac Adhil said the parliament recommends transfers of those involved in the markets crisis, Radio Good News reports.
He said the lawmakers also resolved that auditing is to be done to know where the money has gone.
Madhieu added that any money that did not reached the government accounts went to wrong persons.
The Chairman said a body will investigate and if a person is found guilty of all the mess he/she will face the law.
Local Government and Law Enforcement Minister, Makuer Mabor Nak, invited by the August House agreed to implement the recommendations.
The 17 MPs passed eight recommendations including establishment of state revenue authority and supervision of fuel station to avoid unnecessary collection of money among others.
The House also resolved removal of all current authorities involved in the market crisis.
