The Catholic Archbishop of Juba on Sunday blessed St Matthias Chapel in Mulubur village under Sacred Heart Parish Kwörijik-Luri.
The occasion coincided with the feast of the Holy Trinity.
Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro congratulated the faithful of Mulubur for building the house of God to pray in.
He said the Chapel is a gift from God and the people should use the Chapel to follow the examples of the Holy Trinity.
The Archbishop told the congregation to put the sign of the cross when going to sleep and when waking up every day.
He described the sign of the cross as a big prayer which every Christian should do every time.
