‘If security in Juba is threatening, then we stop everything’, says Japan Ammbassador to South Sudan.

Ambassador Kiya Masahiko hopes the new government will promote reconciliation, peace and address differences and ensure security in the country, Radio Bakhita reports.

Japan is currently working on the distribution of water in Juba, Ambassador Kiya adds.

It is expected to be completed by September 2017, he continues.

Officials say, the project will only cover over 300 thousand residents instead of the approximately 800 thousand.
