The influx of Sudanese refugees into South Sudan is on the rise, according to the United Nation’s Refugee Agency, UNHCR.
The refugees cite hunger, aerial bombardment and ground attacks, forcing them to flee, Rocco Nuri, Public Information and Communications Officer told Radio Bakhita.
He says UN agencies and other NGOs have launched a program to increase access to refugees for work opportunities to reduce dependency on Humanitarian aid.
There are over 200 thousand refugees in South Sudan, Nuri discloses.
