The Equatoria Parliamentary caucus Chairperson says the expansion of the Parliament has affected the election of the speaker of the Augus House.
Thomas Wani Kundu told Journalists that outstanding issues include replacement of deceased MPs and appointment of political parties’ representatives, Radio Bakhita reports.
There are four Equatoria MPs contesting for the position of the speaker.
The Catholic Radio Network (CRN) is a media project constituted by community-based radio stations broadcasting in Frequency Modulation from Juba, Yei, Torit, Yambio, Rumbek, Tonj, Wau, and Malakal.
