Maridi State Council of Ministers formed a joint committee for economy and service to facilitate services delivery to the people and act as the voice of the voice less.
State Minister for Youth and Sports, Peter Saki, says the committee will ease communication among various sectors in the state, Radio Anisa reports.
In a related development, Maridi Commissioner, Ismail Fatala Abdallah, organized a joint force to clean the County Civil Hospital.
The joint team comprises of police, fire brigade, wildlife, and other security personnel.
Commissioner Fatala told the press that the initiative was to avoid breeding ground for mosquitoes around the hospital.
