The Transitional Government of National Unity is not free from opposition, according to the leader of the People’s Liberal Party or PLP.
Peter Mayen Majongdit tells Radio Bakhita’s ‘Wake-up Juba’ program that the transitional government needs to be monitored in order to deliver its mandate.
He calls on the government to represent the interest of South Sudanese.
Mayen says his party will work to protect the agreement and realize democratic reforms in the country.
The PLP leader urges JMEC to ensure that the parties to the agreement comply with the matrix of the deal.
