The extraordinary council of minister on Tuesday resolved to discuss the issue of the cantonment of SPLA-IO forces in the next meeting.
Government Spokesperson Michael Makuei Lueth told journalists in Juba that the resolution would be reached after getting full report of places where SPLA-IO gathered.
He admits that the parties to the agreement are far behind the schedule in the implementation of the peace deal.
The spokesperson says the security situation in the country is calm except individual offences and road attacks.
He reports that there are some people among the attackers claiming that they are from SPLM in Opposition.
