Youths in Morobo County have participated in one-day forum on peace process and governance.
The forum was organized by Morobo Youth Association with support from Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development-CEFoRD, Radio Easter reports.
Young people like Anthony Likambo and Ajonye Mary say the forum has made them to know about prevailing alcoholism, rape and drug abuses in the area.
Meanwhile, Benson Khemis Soro, the Civic Engagement Officer for CEFoRD says it is important to support efforts of youths in the implementation of the peace process.
Khemis calls on young people to wake up to participate in all levels of governance instead of engaging in criminal activities.
The participants in the forum were drawn from all t Payams of Morobo County.
